La Casa del Conde is located in Chihuanco, part of the only valley in the city, at the skirts of the Linli Apu (mountain in Quechua), the tallest mountain in the city. In absolutely virgin state, its lands are Inca andenes (terraces) where the cattle graze and farmers still plough the land using oxen.

Its construction is simple, rustic and with the materials found in the zone, just as its original owner (my brother) nicknamed El Conde by the neighbors of Pisac did over 30 years ago when he came from Lima, hence the name “La Casa del Conde”.

It counts with all the furnishings and attention necessary to enjoy the place, which is its real luxury, mountains, gardens, fields, vegetation, skies that give you surprising evenings each day and million stars at night.

At a 10 minute walk (at most) from Pisac Square, where the artisan market is, and 5 minutes from the small chapel, from times of the Colony, where Mass is celebrated every Sunday and festivities in Qechua language.
